Access road and one parking bay is provided.
Water is available on the stand and calculated on usage.
No electricity is available on the stands at present. Talks are currently underway to connect to national power grid. When connection is made then stand prices will escalate. At present stand owners have to provide their own source of power.
No high fencing is to be built around individual stands.
Infrastructure
Development has commenced at Coco Cabana Estate. We have good clean drinking water and access roads to the estate. There is a 120m² workshop with industrial wood working machines if Stand owners so choose to make use of this equipment for construction of their holiday homes. Coco Cabana team can also provide quotes or assist with logistics in construction of the holiday homes.
